What is your return policy?
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I return it?
1. Make sure your order is eligible.
Unused and unopened products purchased directly from eropuzzle can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less original shipping costs. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
2. Contact customer service [email protected].
They will send you a return authorization.
3. Wait for credit
Once we receive the returned item, we will credit your original payment method as soon as possible, excluding non-refundable shipping charges. Please note that refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and appear on your account due to different payment providers’ processing times.
If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within this time frame, please feel free to contact customer support.
