Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on any order totaling at least $50.

Shipping charges $6 for any orders below the free shipping.

Can I choose my shipping method?
We ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx. If shipping to a PO Box, your order will be shipped via USPS.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders may take 2 to 3 business days to process from the date you place your order.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders may take 3-8 business days to arrive.
Holidays extend shipping time. Shipping delays are common as the number of packages in circulation increases.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently only offer standard shipping.
My tracking says “No information currently available”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system.

Taxes: 

  • In the US: 8.25% tax fee

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages even if you specify consolidated shipping.
